Hello, my name is Doreen Bazile. I'm been a social worker for about 15 years now. And when I think about change and when I've worked with people that have to deal with change, I think of the positive major life events such as getting married, having a child for the first time are better life events that are positive and we celebrate them, but there's a lot of hype that goes into it. And I think there's a lot of expectations that people do not realize until they're in the heat of it. And therefore, a struggle. And I've worked with a lot of people on how to embrace that change and how to deal with it as being a challenge, but then also having realistic expectations on what it's like, instead of worrying about what they're doing right, what they're doing wrong or that it's just too hard to deal with. So again, I believe that change is good. Without change, life would be boring, life would be ordinary. Change is very important. We have change of seasons and we have change just throughout life, expected and unexpected. And again, just to embrace the change, is the most important.
