Neddy Smith is a professional musician and CEO at NedGJean International. He composes and writes his music, not only in a traditional style, but also by incorporating his vast international experiences. This is apparent in each of his releases.
My name is Neddy Smith. I'm a composer, producer, and a bassist. It's not too long ago, growing up in Jamaica, a member of the boys club, we had a motto. And that motto was about how to strive and how to preserve a musical culture while helping others grow musically. One of the things that came out of that experience was mere perseverance of going forward through all the difficulties. Young men, young women, striving for excellence, sometimes they reach a roadblock but persevere all those obstacles. We kept going forward. And today some of those young men and young women are professionals in their field.
