Kicked out of a singing group at age six, because he took over with his intense and emotive performance, and hailing from a family of preachers, choir singers, radio/television personalities, and politicians, Kojoe Fante himself has grown to become a maestro. A natural performer, Kojoe wowed crowds from a young age, playing Mr. "T" of then A-Team and Micheal Jackson (may he rest in peace) for a group of friends, family, and even strangers. Anytime and anywhere, he'd let it out for a minute, and this passion has made him a virtuosic performing entertainer who writes and produces his own vastly enchanting music with a twist of his uniqueness and style.
Kojoe's done acting, and does it from time to time. He's also a painter, dancer, composer, and started out very early appearing on national television, being in music groups and writing throughout school and the years.
Captivating is his personality, and Kojoe gives off the energy of a humble and sweet, yet firm and strong, assertive being. He writes, produces, and performs in English. Lyrically, he seems to channel outer worldly expressions, bringing forth his own unique versatility with some the sounds of Seal, Lenny Kravitz, Micheal Jackson, and Bruno Mars. Some say he has the flair of today's pop, rock, R&B, and Top 40 selling music.
In Kojoe's own words, "I like to have fun, you know. I like to laugh, jump up, dance, run around, talking to people, and finding answers to questions about the vast universe, or just about anybody else. I wouldn't trade New York, City for any place else."
