Alyssa Morgan Lego is a familiar face in and around the state of New Jersey. As a triple threat actress, she performs with many local productions and has more than 14 Playbills to her credit. She is a proud member of the Algonquin Arts Theatre Youth Ensemble. Alyssa taps her way to New York weekly to study with Thommie Rhetter (Billy Elliot) at Rhetter Entertainment and his New York Tap Crew.
The all-American Beauty Queen, Alyssa is extremely approachable and represents New Jersey with style and grace. In 2016, she conducted more than 127 appearances and served over 200 community hours. She is a 5-time recipient of the Presidential Volunteer Gold Service Award and 3-time recipient of the Prudential Spirit of Community Award. She is highly requested as an Emcee and Jr. Judge and has co-hosted with recording artist, Alex B.
Alyssa was recently seen on two episodes of "Wonderama" and filmed the Christmas Special with David Osmond. Alyssa is a young philanthropist and ambassador to numerous charitable organizations, including Autism New Jersey where she is launching "Shop. Sell. Strut!", a revolutionary forward thinking and fundraising fashion show that opens the door for selling and shopping before strutting the cat walk.
Inspired by her younger brother, Michael, Alyssa founded, "Hello, My Name Is...", a non-profit organization, to promote her platform "Inspired by the Difference", where she co-authored and implemented "Friends Who Are Different", a Kindergarten Tour adopted by numerous school districts around the country. She launched the Alyssa Morgan Lego Humanitarian Award to inspire others toward a life of giving.
Alyssa was the reigning Miss Stars and Stripes' Outstanding Teen 2017 through Miss New Jersey's Outstanding Teen Scholarship Program (Miss America's Outstanding Teen). Beauty and brains, Alyssa was recently accepted into the prestigious Peddie High School (Hightstown, NJ) and the International Baccalaureate Program at Donovan Catholic (Toms River, NJ). She is making education decisions toward her goal to attend Princeton University's Class of 2025. She's an aspiring author, but wouldn't mind broadcast journalism as a career. With a love of life and a contagious smile, Alyssa inspires everyone she meets. Connecting with people is her ultimate passion.
