Joel Scott Osteen (born March 5, 1963) is an American pastor, televangelist, businessman and author, based in Houston, Texas. As of 2018, Osteen's televised sermons were seen by approximately 10 million viewers in the US and several million more in over 100 countries weekly. Osteen has also written several best-selling books.
