Solo is a R&B musical group. The original members were Robert Anderson, Darnell Chavis, Eunique Mack, and Dan Stokes. The group recorded their gold-selling debut album in Minneapolis and released it in 1995, with production by Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis.

Billy Sherwood is mostly known for his time as a member of progressive rock band YES. He is also a member of the band Asia. Sherwood's godfather was the television icon Milton Berle, and his father was a famous musician, who has worked with Frank Sinatra.
Chris Jasper is a former member of The Isley Brothers and Isley-Jasper-Isley, and is responsible for writing and producing the majority of The Isley Brothers music and Isley-Jasper-Isley music. He is also an Inductee in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
