What's up, I'm Tali from Blushhh Music with three Hs, and I'm going to speak about breathing. Breathing is my technique. It's how I heal, how I cope with things. It's how I meditate. I do pray, and I do meditate, but breathing, to me, is very quick and instant. Like a situation that happened before, um, I've had to deal with attacks, well, verbal attacks. I've had to deal with my character being tainted. I had to deal with certain things like that. And in a situation, you know, some people's anger kind of gets a little more heated. And the way I know my anger gets heated is when I'm breathing a lot more fast. When I start breathing fast, I can't think. I'm thinking about my reaction. I'm thinking about, okay, I'm breathing and I'm mad, in a sense. Now, if I slow down my breathing, and I breathe really slow, I might cry. If I just breathe normal, and don't think about anything, I'm actually more relaxed, and I can really just glide through my day without any issues. I feel like breathing is more than just being able to survive and live. I feel like it's my power, my key, and as long as I'm breathing, I can overcome any situation. So, that's what breathing is for me.
